2024 Telethon Family Festival presented by Coles

Join the fun on Sunday, October 20, 10am - 4pm! Explore RAC Arena, Wellington Street, Yagan Square, Telethon Avenue, and Forrest Place for an epic day full of excitement!

We're bringing the City of Perth to life for Telethon!

The Telethon Family Festival presented by Coles is back and better than ever for its fifth year, set to take place on Sunday, October 20, from 10am to 4pm.

This highly anticipated event will be held at RAC Arena and along Wellington Street, Telethon Ave, Yagan Square and Forrest Place.

Entry to the festival is FREE for all ages, with free carnival rides, plenty of entertainment and a gold coin donation to watch the live broadcast inside RAC Arena.

Free carnival rides and amusements

Everyone’s favourite carnival rides will return for FREE in the Lotterywest Kids Carnival, located on the grassed area opposite RAC Arena. This year’s rides include Dodgem’s, Dream Swinger, Cup & Saucer, Runaway Train Rollercoaster, Storm, Fiesta Balloon, Jurassic Temple and Taxi Jets.

Festival attendees can also find showbag stalls and sideshow games.

Getting there

Take advantage of the State Government Fare Free Sundays for all your travel arrangements on Sunday, 20 October. RAC Arena is easily accessible by public transport and conveniently located just a short stroll from both the Perth Train Station and the Perth Underground Station.

Leave the car at home, use the Transperth Journey Planner to plan your travel arrangements and join the fun!

There are plenty of City of Perth car parks nearby, but please note underground parking at RAC Arena is unavailable.
