The unique fine dining experience in Wellington National Park is back with Feast at the Quarry.
Two events will be served up this year, after the sold-out Kaya Collie Quarry Dining Experience in 2022 demonstrated an appetite for future foodie offerings.
On Saturday October 14, The Quarry’s Table – A Fine Dining Experience will be held at The Quarry picnicking spot near Wellington Dam.
The elegant event will present a four-course culinary journey of Japanese-fusion influence, with live music from Adam Hall and The Velvet Playboys.
The festivities will continue on Sunday October 15 with the Lunch at the Quarry Experience dishing up a cocktail-style event and musical line-up of Chaos & Harmony, Kate Hindle, and Scarlet’s Way.
Menus will be curated by accomplished London-based chef and restaurateur Scott Hallsworth who hails from Collie, is famed for having been a head chef at a Nobu.
The Feast at the Quarry is proud to be supporting Telethon with a special silent auction for its 2023 event. In the lead up to the Feast at the Quarry weekend, a number of prizes will be on offer, including a private in-home dining experience with Scott Hallsworth. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to Telethon.
Feast at the Quarry will be the first of many local events and community-led fundraising efforts behind the town’s wider plan to come together to raise funds for Telethon this year.
Feast at the Quarry is made possible with support from the WA Government.
