Full steam ahead as the 2024 Telethon Home’s new location is announced

Telethon, along with partners Satterley and Blueprint Homes, are thrilled to announce the Telethon Home is back in 2024, this year in a new location.

Situated on the doorstep of the Swan Valley, the 2024 Telethon Home is in Satterley’s Clementine Estate, Upper Swan, on an incredible 762sqm block donated by Satterley.

It marks the first time since 2017 that the home has been in a northern suburb, and the first time in almost 20 years that the home is in the picturesque Swan Valley region.

New partners, Blueprint Homes have joined the Telethon Home team and will be generously donating the complete build of the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

The home features a massive 335m2 of living space with elevated ceilings throughout, including a games room, home theatre and scullery as well as a beautiful alfresco and enough parking for even a caravan or boat.

Situated on a 762sqm block, this home is the perfect combination of style and functionality.

The concrete slab was poured last week and is now set, ready for the brickwork to begin in the coming weeks.

Once complete, thanks to the generosity of partners at Satterley and Blueprint Homes, the Telethon Home will be sold with 100 per cent of the sale proceeds donated to Telethon.

Over the years, the Telethon Home project has been central to the annual fundraiser and has contributed more than $29million towards Telethon.

Stay up to date with the latest build information on the Telethon website and social media pages.
