Event - Antarctica Sightseeing
Taking a one day flight from Perth to Antarctica and back is one of the most amazing journeys you can ever have. It starts off like a normal Qantas flight with great service, food and beverages and then after about 3 hours you see your first ice and before long you are flying over the Antarctica coastline for about four hours.
The energy and excitement inside the plane is one of the highlights of this extraordinary experience. Plus the fact that you get to do it on Australia Day makes it just that little bit more special. If you ever get the opportunity to experience one of these 12 hour flights, do it! The next one is scheduled for January 26, 2019. Proceeds come to Telethon.
