Call Centre Volunteers

Call Centre volunteer applications are now open!

Join the heart of the action this Telethon weekend and help make a real difference. As a Call Centre volunteer, you'll be part of an incredible team taking donations and sharing the magic of Telethon with thousands of generous Australians. There are a range of shift options available across the weekend.

Overflow Call Centre

If you'd prefer to stay behind the scenes but still want to make a difference, register for the Telethon overflow call centre and help take donations during our peak periods.

The overflow call centre plays a vital role in supporting operations during peak periods during the broadcast weekend.

The overflow call centre also offers a quieter, more relaxed environment for those who may find the RAC Arena Call Centre a bit too busy or noisy.

Volunteer for Telethon

Volunteer applications for the Telethon Family Festival will open closer to the event, but we’re always on the lookout for vollie superstars to help out during Telethon Weekend and other events throughout the year!

There’s a role for everyone, whether it’s lending a hand with manual tasks, helping with mail drops, or joining the transport team. Events like these simply wouldn’t happen without the incredible support of our volunteers.
