The Telethon Home is officially sold!

Home Group and Satterley have generously donated the complete home build and land for the 2022 Telethon Home project, with 100 per cent of the proceeds being donated to Telethon.

This beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom home, located in Seaside at Madora Bay, has been designed with open plan living in mind. Combining a mix of traditional spaces and modern luxuries, this home creates a perfect balance of family time and personal retreat.

Annmarie, the lucky purchaser of the 2022 Telethon Home, was featured in the New Homes lift-out in The West Australian talking about why she fell instantly in love with the Telethon home.

One of the major fundraising events of the Telethon calendar is the sale of the annual Telethon Home and this year's home, built by Home Group, promises to be spectacular.

Boasting a large-scale central kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this beautifully designed home by Home Group introduces fresh modern design concepts with spacious living areas to create the perfect family home.

“Home Group and the Silvestro Family have been proud supporters of Telethon for many years,” Home Group Managing Director Anthony Silvestro said. “Now having the opportunity to contribute further to support children and families in need is an honour.”

A coastal neighbourhood

Seaside is a brand new estate by Satterley located in Madora Bay, less than an hour from Perth and 7km from the Mandurah City Centre, offering the idyllic beachside lifestyle for those looking to invest not just in their future, but their wellbeing too.

The Telethon Home will be perfectly placed in close proximity to 1km of pristine beach, and surrounded by established schools, parks, shops and amenities.

The first Seaside park is now open, with a range of future parks proposed offering fun for all ages, as well as plans for Madora Bay Primary School.

"We are delighted to provide a beautiful corner site within our Seaside community, for a family to start creating their dream lifestyle by the ocean" Satterley Chief Executive Nigel Satterley said.
